Abytastic cattery  breeds excellent Abyssinian cats since 2001. Champion bloodline, impressive pedigree. Our priorities in breeding program are health, behavior and exceptional Look.

We are famous with perfect temperament our Kittens get. They are extremely affectionate, loving, curios, easy going, loyal like dogs, and unbelievable intelligent as a result of picky selection for many years. Each breeding adult cat is a Gem with perfect temperament and High Achievements in the International Cat Shows. 

 


Health is very imporant. We tests our adults annually DNA Viral profile includes Herpes, Mycoplasma, chlamydia . Also , our breeding parents are tested DNA for PK-def, PKD , PRA  50 Plus Genetic issues and got negative.


We are located in Brantford Ontario Canada. Toronto,  Niagara Buffalo are closest airports.We tests our adults annually DNA Viral profile includes Herpes, Mycoplasma, chlamydia . Also , our breeding parents are tested DNA for PK-def, PKD , PRA  50 Plus Genetic issues and got negative.



 Our kittens are  well socialized, never being caged, but raised with our family, kids and other pets.

Purebred Abyssinians have small litters 1-3 kittens.  let me know color and gender you are looking for and I will provide approximately wait time. We breed all four traditional colors Ruddy, Cinnamon, Blue and Fawn. 

Kittens ready to leave when they are about 14 -16 weeks old.                          

 I can assist with delivery if you are not coming by person to pick up your kitten. I have been training  amazing person who helps with delivery flight nanny service or ground transportation will be at least 30% cheaper then companies do

and it will be personal delivery, no other pets, cats or dogs . She is flexible so will go on cheaper route we are able to find plane or car. 

As described in the Abyssinian Breeders international Kitten buyer's Guide by Carolyn Osier, " Abyssinians must be one of the most intelligent animals ever created." Aby are very people - oreinted cat that likes to be with people, a cat that whants to know what are you doing -that wants to help. There is probably no breed anywhere more loyal then the Aby.  Once you have acquired an Aby companion, you will never be able to complain that no one understands you.  They are athletic, alert, very active, and intensely curious with all that surrounds them. Fiercely loyal and highly people oriented, Abyssinians are referred to as the dog of the cat world. They are generally great with children, dogs, and other cats.They are very playful, loving , and affectionate ,  short hair makes them very low maintance breed. 

Activity Level:

Abyssinians are extremely graceful, lithe, and elegant. They show a lively interest in their surroundings and are famous for their playful and curious disposition. Most Abys will stay kitten-like throughout much of their life.

Abys prefer the highest ground they can reach. They love to be on the highest level possible where they are able to observe the room, make decisions, and even guard their family. Don’t be stunned if you find a “flying” Aby on your shoulder!
