Welcome to Abytastic!
Abytastic is a small home cattery fully registered with TICA and CFA, awarded BEST Cattery 2022–2023. Since 2001, we have been proudly raising exceptional Abyssinian cats with champion bloodlines and impressive pedigrees. Our top priorities are outstanding health, wonderful temperaments, and stunning visual perfection.
We are famous for the incredible personalities of our kittens. Thanks to years of selective breeding, they grow into loving, affectionate, curious, and remarkably intelligent companions—loyal just like little dogs! Every adult cat in our program is a true gem with high achievements in international cat shows.
Health & Care Health is at the heart of everything we do. Our breeding adults undergo annual DNA viral profiling (including Herpes, Mycoplasma, and Chlamydia) and are genetically tested negative for PK-Def, PKD, PRA, and over 50 other genetic conditions.
Our kittens are lovingly raised right inside our home as part of our family—never caged. They grow up alongside our children and other pets, ensuring they are well-socialized, confident, and ready to cuddle.
Kitten Inquiries Purebred Abyssinians naturally have small litters of 1 to 3 kittens. We breed all four traditional colors: Ruddy, Cinnamon, Blue, and Fawn.

Kitten Pickup & Personal Delivery
Our kittens are ready to venture to their new forever homes when they are 14 to 16 weeks old.
If you aren't able to pick up your kitten in person, I am happy to help arrange transportation! We work directly with a wonderful, trusted delivery nanny who provides personal ground or flight service.
Dedicated Care: Your kitten receives 100% individual attention with no other pets or animals on board during the trip.
Affordable & Flexible: Because she travels on the most cost-effective routes available (air or ground), her delivery rates are at least 30% lower than standard transport companies.
The Unique Abyssinian Personality
As Carolyn Osier notes in the Abyssinian Breeders International Kitten Buyer's Guide, "Abyssinians must be one of the most intelligent animals ever created."
Abys are deeply people-oriented companions who love being involved in whatever you are doing—always ready to lend a helping paw! Often called the "dogs of the cat world," they are fiercely loyal, incredibly loving, and form profound bonds with their families. Once you welcome an Aby into your home, you will always feel understood.
Playful & Social: Highly active, alert, and intensely curious, Abys generally get along wonderfully with children, dogs, and other cats.
Low Maintenance: Their sleek, short coat makes grooming effortless and easy.
Forever Young: Graceful, lithe, and elegant, most Abys maintain a lively, kitten-like spirit throughout their entire lives.
A quick note for new owners: Abyssinian cats love height! They feel safest and happiest observing their domain from the highest spot in the room—so don't be surprised if your Aby decides to supervise your day from your shoulder!
